Got an email from Johann and Hannah on Thursday asking me to grab a copy of this week's Xpress magazine, the photos from our lovely shoot have taken half a page! Although I've worked in publishing, I was still so excited to see the photos on a printed publication, I couldn't stop smiling on the way to work.

Sneak Peek of Saturday's shoot. Yummy ;)

This is sad, this may be the last shoot that Marilyn and I will be doing in Perth.
It was a great fun year of working together, learning and improving ourselves...eating mcdonalds after and watching her scout through my kitchen looking for coffee.
I love her makeup skills and it's not because she's a close friend of mine, but she's awesomely good! Being a film/design graduate, she knows what looks good on photographs and on a person.

... Marilyn, I will really miss having you in Perth! :(

Preview of last week's Pigeonhole shoot. I'm trying to finish this set of photos, but my headache is killing me.
It's so hot and my cooler isn't very kind to my room, I should move and take over Bernice's room. Haha!

I was walking to work the other day, sad and thinking of all the proofing I had to do when i walked pass a store with the Xpress summer guide! Yay! The lomo camera shoot we did the week (or was it two) ago was on the inside back cover of the Pigeonhole ad. Andrew did a marvelous job of putting all the photos together.

I will not procrastinate now. Back to work!

  Flourish magazine Spring issue shoot

 A couple of months back I had the nice opportunity to follow on set for a magazine shoot for Flourish magazine's Spring issue.
It was a freezing-ly fun experience. I find it hard to accept that models have to freeze in winter to shoot for spring wear, and dehydrate like melting penguins in summer to shoot for winter.
 But anyways, I was looking through my harddrive and found these photos. I can't remember if I've posted them before :P so if I did, oh well, here they are again. Haha!
We did 10 outfits that unforgivably cold, rainy and windy winter's day. I think it was 10, gosh it was too long ago. I was only able to take a couple of shots that day when we didn't need to help out.
